Listing photos are the first showing — most buyers decide whether to book a tour from the gallery alone. We shoot every room and angle with that in mind: true-to-life light, clean lines, and a sequence that tells the story of the space.
Marcus Holley is FAA Part 107 certified, so aerial and drone work is handled in-house — no third-party pilot to coordinate, no gap in coverage. Turnaround is confirmed when you book so listing media can go live while the property is still fresh on the market.
Interiors show how a space feels. Ground-level exteriors introduce the architecture. Aerial views connect the property to its lot, landscape and surroundings. We can plan all three together for a consistent listing gallery.

Yes. Marcus Holley is FAA Part 107 certified, so every aerial shot is fully compliant and insured — no gray-area drone operators.
What is included in a real estate shoot?
Interior and exterior stills are standard on every shoot. Twilight photography, drone aerials, and virtual tour add-ons are available and scoped to the property during your consultation.
Are the photos MLS-ready?
Yes. Every gallery is delivered pre-sized and formatted for MLS upload, along with full-resolution files for print and social use.
Do you work with commercial properties too?
